Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Oh wow @Captain24 yeah that is pretty full-on. Can understand that tension between trying to reassure yourself but having that undercurrent of anxiety just simmering away.

Friend of mine who used to drive Uber decided to disclose her bipolar dx, and despite her being one of the most kind-hearted and empathetic people I know (i.e. would NEVER put anyone in danger) she had to jump through so many hoops to be able to keep driving. Can be such a difficult thing to navigate, MH and workplace stuff.

I hope it gets sorted for you soon. Anything you're doing to keep busy in the meantime?

Yes same here in the air con too I really regret going for my run earlier it was way to hot hahaha @Jynx

I’m alright I guess could be better, but I always say that just depression stuff sucks.

I wish I never told them about the bipolar. @Jynx. What they don’t realise is it’s type 2 so most episodes are depressive. Which is not really any different to some one with depression. But yes so many hoops. But if I can keep my job I won’t be letting them know how I really am. As soon as my meds are sorted then I’ll be fine anyway.

Im just taking it easy. Sitting on the lounge with Pixie, listening to music and playing games in my phone. None of my other distraction techniques are working. Also waiting for the temp to get into the 30’s and then I’ll go back outside in the sun
