Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I just feel like I’m rehashing things. @Jynx. I got stood down from work Thursday for MH reasons. I had a breakdown at work. I need to get a fit for work clearance before I am able to return. The HR manager that I saw in the supermarket this morning is the one who called. Hence triggering the thoughts. My big fear is that I’ll be sacked or constantly judged and monitored. The safety of others is their concern and I totally get that it’s a dangerous environment. I wouldn’t put anyone in danger ever. I work in a coal mine driving those big trucks. Just do you get the safety concern
