Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Okay great that would be fun I love chatting with you it helps a lot.

I will be having a chat with my aunt and going for a walk in the morning and going to see my other nan tomorrow in hospital.

Yes @Birdofparadise8 - only one day a week - Fridays.

It's different type of peer work. It's good connecting with people on the phone. I prefer the forums, but I also like the Guided Service in small doses 🙂

Put it this way. I think I could be on the forums 24/7 @Birdofparadise8 , but I certainly couldn't say the same for the Guided Service.

I've always been better at writing than speaking over phones.

Some other on the other hand, much prefer working on the Guided Service than the forums. Hence we are all different and all have different strengths 🙂

@Birdofparadise8 . I've been working for about 3 years at SANE. I volunteered at first, then worked on a paid basis. It's such an awesome job. I love it. So so rewarding.
