Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@Appleblossom it could also be both. I don’t know. I’ve definitely had milder form of mania before. The agitation became worse once spring started too. All we can do is our best to cope, sleep well, keep a routine and do lots of self-care.

I heard of the half smile about 20 years in a Tai Chi class before I had access to the internet. We meditated at the end. The lady suggest Mona Lisa as an example. I liked it as it was small and gentle and slowly allowed more pleasant thoughts to come into my being. I was put off by over the top cheeriness and big fake smiles so it seemed a good way for me. Never looked at the Smiling Minds app.

I saw Avatar on Christmas with his son and his mate. Enjoy.

I'm okay @Birdofparadise8 Been out this morning to Bunnings and the supermarket and then some more cleaning up outside. We just got a few spots of rain so I covered the trailer ...then it stopped lol I think I will leave it for a while now and maybe watch some of the tennis.

Woke up feeling a bit better today. Haven’t been up to much, probably will have lunch soon and watch some tv. Just trying to stay cool, it’s been really warm.

It's been really warm here too @creative_writer but a bit cooler today. The rain is definitely on it's way but might not be until later today. My fur babies have both been 'helping' me outside and chasing each other around the back yard ...they are so funny to watch.

@Zoe7 I’ve been drinking lots of water to keep hydrated. I think we have a cool change later today too. I think we will be getting rain too. It must be adorable to watch your furbabies play with each other.

I think I might do a bit of mopping after lunch since I am too exhausted right now, but it’ll probably need to be mopped again before we have guests over on Saturday. I’ll probably take it a bit easy today though, don’t think I got enough sleep. I don’t know if it was the heat.
