Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I’ve just gone for a walk myself and have a chat with eheadspace they wanted to check in and see how things are going before tomorrow.

I have work at 1pm so I’ll probably read a bit of my book, have some lunch and it will be time to go.

Work can be good distractor ... sometimes all depends ... can be a cause of feeling in the s**tpit. Learned new lingo last night. I know its all over the net so where have I been! lol

I work at Covid at home plus here in Hobart. I do administrative work and opt people into the program so they can get medical assistance from a nurse or GP. I also do public health calls if we get them. I also have another job at a diabetes center which is good too. @Appleblossom

What about yourself do you work?
