Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Well I am not excepting much if the call is anything like it was on Monday the lady was terrible @creative_writer

@Birdofparadise8 I know she was trying to help but I don’t feel much better, maybe worse even. I feel like mental health triage, Lifeline and SCBS is a hit or miss.

@Birdofparadise8 I feel like sometimes you need someone to hear you out instead of jumping too quickly into problem-solving.

@Eve7 I hope the organisation aspect of work does get easier soon.

@Birdofparadise8 that is so true. My thoughts are turning even more dark now, wanted to prevent this by reaching out. I’m going to take a shower and hope I feel better afterwards.
