Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I had an ok day at work. We had a massive storm and as I was driving all I could see was a white flash. That lightning strike must have been close to my truck. My mood is all over the place. Even looking at my mum triggers me at the moment

@Captain24 I feel you with mood being all over the place. Had a physically sick day to make things more complicated. I think the stomach pain has eased a bit, but migraine is getting worse again. Guess I’ll be going to bed early tonight.

Oh are you having suicidal thoughts @Captain24

I had my plans set for this Sunday, but i’m seeing my cousin on Christmas Day it would break her heart if something happened. I also have work so that will help keep me safe as well.

Good thinking @Birdofparadise8. I’ve decided 2023 is my year!

I’ve got physio today, do some groceries and be in bed by 12. I also have to ring the MH team at the hospital as they have rang me for the last 2 days but I’ve been working.

What have you got on today?

at least the MH team are helpful for you I sent a complaint in become the lady was terrible I talked to.

I’m working again today so very exciting I’m here till 4pm.
