Not Coping

I don’t know I like reading and watching tv, but lately it hasn’t helped. Oh well maybe I’m out of hope hahah @Captain24

Today I though my aunt was going to tell my mum about my plan for Jan 1st, but she didn’t thank god. I got so nervous when I saw them talking.

There is always hope @Birdofparadise8. Do you draw or paint? I do diamond art when I need distraction.

I don’t know your auntie but has she said anything before that makes you think she would breach your confidence?

No I can barely draw a stick figure hahaha.

She said to me yesterday she would have to break confidentiality if she thinks I can’t keep safe and need to get emergency service involved. I hope though it doesn’t get to that stage. I just feel bad telling her because it’s such a big secret to keep though about my safety, but then again I don’t want my parents to know at the same time. @Captain24

Thats where the diamond art is good. It tells me where to stick the dots! The only thing I can do is sew but around here you can’t get material or anything so it’s hard.

Well if you don’t want your parents to find out you will have to stay safe! But seriously it is a tough secret to keep, however if I was in her shoes and my niece came to me I would do what I could to keep her confidence so I knew she had someone.

Im sorry but I’ve had a big social day so I really need to go to bed before things become messy for me.

It was busy but it all went well @Birdofparadise8 the family is now watching Home Alone.

How was your day?

Yeah sounds good. I swear the day goes so fast hahaha one minute it was 1pm and then the next it was 8pm. It was good overall I did get a bit overwhelmed at times trying to keep myself together. @Eve7

You got much on tomorrow I am going to go for a walk and I need to call back the access mental health team here in tas as they’ve been calling me today and yesterday but I’ve just been too busy to talk to them and it’s not been the best timing. I’m a bit nervous to talk to them though this stuff I’m thinking of planing is a bit deep and uncomfortable. Also some of the family is coming over for dinner to eat the leftovers from today.
