Hello,
im in a difficult situation with lots of triggers from ptsd. Disconnected and my anxiety is terrible. My strategies don’t really work. Just counting the days and trying to fight the urges but I’m really tired of it all.

Ive been triggered so much lately I’m just empty and so incredibly sad now. So much pain 😞 I find it hard. I’m supposed to have an appointment but I don’t really want to talk. I don’t want to cry.

I understand. Sometimes having to talk to someone can be exhausting and yep, cause tears. Do you have another strategy that has worked in the past?

Hi @hanami
when it hits I struggle with my strategies even if I’ve practiced them for years. I go back to what I know. But I will have that appointment. I didn’t cancel. I can’t afford to cancel. I agreed. I feel bad. I’ll survive, I always have even if I didn’t always want to. I just don’t think I can deal with more bad things in my life. I don’t want to. It’s been too hard.
