SANE offers a drop-in service - you can find out more about it here It includes phone, online chat and email. There is also the option to connect with a peer support worker. SANE also has a new guided service but only for those living in some areas - but more regions coming over time. You can check out what regions are included and what it is all about here

It is currently raining here so my 'pool' is getting bigger. I don't think I will be able to do any more today but will see how much rain we get this morning and if it eases up.

I just sent through an email as don't seem to be able to access others in the forum or the online chat in the drop in centre.

Sorry to hear your pool is getting bigger. I guess the rain isn't helping. Hoping for you it's not contributing to your plumbing issues.

Good morning @Former-Member The drop in service is only open 10am - 10pm weekdays - that includes chat. Sorry - I should have let you know that.
