I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I would love to go to physio @tyme but it’s all booked out. Going to try the Chiro in the morning and see if I can get in.

You can certainly join us virtually! I’ll send you a photo. I do go all out. I make pasta salad and everything. I’ll have to go shopping first thing, then clean all the rooms I don’t use so they can look around. I need everything done by my app so I can digest it all afterwards.

The last time I spoke to them was about 6 weeks ago @tyme . The last time I saw them was well over a year ago. The last time they were in town was 2 1/2 years ago.

It has lifted my mood a little!

I think goal setting has lifted your mood too @Captain24 ! You've got a house to clean, shopping to do and food to cook! OMG... I'd be stressed.

The only stress is hoping my back holds out with it all and that my app goes well. @tyme .

I have slipped discs in my spine which have been there for years. The dr thinks the rapid weight gain from the anti-psychotics is what has triggered it this time.

Ouchy ouchy! @Captain24. I know from experience that pain can exacerbate mental health incredibly.

I remember being unable to move because of my back. I was so down from it. Thank goodness things are different now. However, once in a while, a disc will decide to move out of place and I'm back to square one.

Would surgery help for your slip discs?
