I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It feels so good to have a little positivity in my life rather than all negative. @hanami. There is still a lot of negativity but I’m trying to focus on the positives. It’s going to take sometime to shift where I’m at but I am no longer suicidal. I feel safe within myself and my

life. That in its self is a positive change and makes me feel much more comfortable. At this very moment I feel content.

My biggest thing I need to do for the next coming days is to take care of myself and allow myself to unwind in my free moments. Not that there is many!

She has just grown her wings. She looked so peaceful. She is no longer suffering.

I am devastated

Mum now has an Angel in heaven watching over her.

Rest in Peace little girl.

My heart physically hurts.

I might take some prn tonight to try and sleep. I haven’t had much over the last couple of days.
