I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Aww @Captain24 I'm sorry it's so rough for you right now. Are you gonna be safe? I know you usually do feel like work is a way for you to stay safe, but I think it's always worth checking in.

Yeah @Jynx. I’m safe while I’m at work, mostly. If I struggle and am putting others at risk I do leave. It’s when I get home that’s the problem.

@Captain24 , I've just hopped on not long ago, and wanted to check-in with you.

I took the young man to my place today so he could see it. He was crying because he was so grateful...

It makes me cry to think how hard it is for people to get a place now.
