I can’t stay up any longer @tyme. It’s just not safe. It’s all too hard. I just can’t do this.

I am working for the next 3 nights so I won’t be around much. I’ll chat to you later in the week.

I woke up feeling a little better today. Life is still really hard and I don’t want to do it anymore and wish I wasn’t here but at least now I’m not in crisis.

I have cleaned my whole house this morning. Taken Pixie for a walk and I have weed and feeded my lawn.

Now to have a hot shower and drop Pix at mum and dad’s then off to have a sleep for night shift.

Im hoping I wake up ok and can get through my shift without putting anyone at risk.

It was nice to wake up to a clean house. Sometimes I can see my perseverance but other times I feel like I lose it.

I’ve woken up feel really reall low but I at least know that I am safe to work tonight
