I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

No room for adjusting! @fluffylight. I’ve got to go to work. I’m not really up to it but I have too. I just have to get over myself. I’m still feeling really lightheaded and dizzy.

I can’t remember the last time I had maccas! You’re a good sibling!

Ive had a really bad day.

The first half of the drive to work was between 60-80 kph. I was stuck behind a truck. I got to the overtaking lane and went around it. Then I was cruising along and a pig walked out in front of me. I swerved to miss it and nearly rolled the car.

It’s been pouring since lunchtime and hasn’t stopped. Making work really slippery and dangerous.

I had to walk 300m from my truck to where we log off. I got soaked and freezing cold. So much for the lingering affects I still had of heat stroke yesterday.

It’s been an all round horrible day

I hate my job (just today)

I hate myself

I hate my life

I hate my existence
