I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Oh no @Captain24 I'm sorry to hear that. Are you worried about your safety at the moment?

I have just gotten back from camping over the weekend, was pretty nice. But now I am still quite weary 😪

Haha definitely just camp @Captain24 - it's nice to get away from electronics for a while. Also I go hiking too. Rainforest is my fav. What about you, you like to go camping?

For some reason you strike me as a camper. 😂 The closest I get to camping is a cabin in the caravan park with an ensuite!

I don’t do spiders or snakes.

There is no bush walking tracks that I go to in summer for the aforementioned creatures. There is a lot of them out there especially the brown wobbly tubes

Haha yeah I grew up going camping with my family so I'm pretty used to it! Can totally understand wanting to have your comforts though! And there are quite a few slithery crawly critters around so definitely makes sense for you to be more of a cabin-dweller haha.

Do you like to go hiking or walking in other areas? Like the beach?

I’ll go for walks around my estate or one of the local parks. @Jynx. But still need to be on high alert for brown snakes. There has been 2 spotted in one of that parks already and it’s only early October.
I do love walking along the beach or foreshores but they are 4 hrs away. I’ll be there this time in 4 weeks though. Looking forward to that.

Aww so glad you get to go to the beachside soon! It's definitely the weather for it! Do you have many beach activities you like to do? You a surfer, swimmer, anything like that?
