I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Not really @Snowie. I think I’ll have an early night though. I had a bath yesterday and felt even worse when I got out.

Thanks @fluffylight. A lot of work. My dad had to help dig some of the plants out. At least now as it grows it will look symmetrical! Plus it re-instilled into me how much I hate gardening!!

I am very tired and very sore though.

An early night sounds like a good idea @Captain24 Think I will be in bed early too.

I'm not a fan of gardening either. Would much rather clean the house!

My mum was a big gardener @fluffylight , @Captain24 , @Snowie , @tyme , @RiverSeal

Now she is permanently in hospital, I am finding it hard to keep up with the gardening

We have got rid of a few gardens but there is soo many

We live on land @Shaz51 so the gardening seems endless here. The only thing I like doing is mowing the lawn because I can ride the lawnmower!!

My nan was a big gardener too @Shaz51. I was hoping for her to do my gardens when I built my house but here dementia was to far advanced. My great-grandmothers gardens were fantastic.

It’s so hard to maintain.

Oh how I wish I had a ride on @Snowie. It takes 2 hrs by hand.

I think I’ve seen way too much sun over the last 3 days. I do love the sun though. That’s why I’m physically unwell.

Mentally I am really struggling but I’m hoping it’s just exhaustion

@Captain24 it would take a couple of days if I didn't have the ride on! We live on quite a bit of land.

I'm sorry you are still struggling mentally. I know how hard that can be. You've done a great job of distracting yourself.
