I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I'm doing a cupboard at a time. @Captain24 I am in this major cleaning mood. I need to get everything sorted. I've got all these weighted blankets that I want to store away (because i have too many). I don't want them getting dirty.

At my other place, I don't have much left. I think I have a kitchen utensils drawer, a few small appliances, plates and cups and a few bags. That's it. But I'm also thinking of leaving some plates and stuff there for the guy moving in. He'l' have nothing.

After coming off drugs cold, he was admitted to an inpatient unit for a few weeks. When he came out, all he had was a small bag of clothes. That's all the poor guy owns. I don't know why I feel so sorry for him.

Please take care @Captain24 . If you have cordial or a sports drink, have that. It may be that you have heat stroke!

So after 3 days of ripping out 19 fully established bushes. Completely digging out the 3 garden beds. Re-soiling said beds and planting 5 roses and 13 flowers and one tree. Heat stroke yesterday and again today. I have finished.
