I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I’m feeling really disheartened today. It’s a real struggle.

I’ve done so much work in the garden already today and I still have to dig the pine bark out of 2 more garden beds.

I’ve got 2 tip runs to do and still need to go to the nursery to find something for them.

I just want to give up. It’s all too hard today. I really need my team today, I really need their support

I don’t even like gardening.

Hey @Captain24 sounds like you doing a great job with gardening but I can understand that it's a real struggle. Think about the final outcome so that you can see what a big job you have done when you complete it all. keep up the good work! Take care RiverSeal

@Shaz51, nature can be really soothing, I find listening to rain really helpful when I am anxious 💖

I’m doing okay, feeling a bit jet lagged, I wish we didn’t have daylight saving like Queensland, now I have to wake up one hour earlier for uni

I’ve given up for today @Shaz51 @RiverSeal. Both my garbage bins are full so I can’t dig anymore pine bark out. I have planted 3 flowers and 4 roses. I need help with the 5th rose. I still have another 11 plants and one tree to go. But that can’t be done until the Pune bark is out.

I guess I have to face it all again tomorrow. Hopefully it will be quicker and easier.

I feel so exhausted and really down right now.

I’ve just had a bath with salt to help my sore muscles @RiverSeal. Im actually feeling really off after it. I am so lightheaded and dizzy.

I’m dreading the thought of having to go out there again tomorrow. But I guess when it’s done it’s done. Hopefully dad will come around one last time to help dig that rose in.

I need more garden soil but I can’t find any in town. So that will have to wait. The joys of living in a small town
