I can’t cope

All good @magpie4 Everyone has different challenges. We all have different struggles. They are all as important as each other.

It is really difficult to find that happy medium. A lot of med changes and adjustments. We just aren’t there yet. I seem to spend most of my time in a depressive episode. The mania has reduced, so it seems as though that medication is working. Finally.

Hey @creative_writer I'm doing really well thank you! Missed to game though but I don't really follow football so that's okay. Enjoying the warmer weather but missing winter a bit as I like to rug up haha. How are you going? Take care RiverSeal 🙂

Honestly I was feeling really unsafe @RiverSeal. But I didn’t want to go back to last week. I don’t think I will fail again. I need to be here to support my parents. They need me right now. I can’t do anything stupid.

Maybe it’s just the exhaustion talking.

So going to bed is the best thing for me. At least then I know that I will be safe. Plus an early night will do me some good as I have to finish the garden off tomorrow. There is only 5 plants left in it and they need to be moved. Then I have 2 complete garden beds to replant. If the nursery is opened!

@creative_writer well after my very bad start, i did eventually get cleaned up went out to listen to a band i like. Was quite anxious about it as facing some demons. I did chat with some people i know, so the interaction was good for me.

Hope your irritation has settled. I hate that feeling also.

Remember the things that have kept you safe in the past @Captain24 and try them again when you are feeling unsafe. Sounds like fun working in the garden and removing the old plants and going to the nursery for new ones. I volunteered in a community garden as part of my recovery for quite a few years and really enjoyed it. It will definitely tire you out so getting some rest tonight is a good idea and if it keeps you safe too.
