I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Work wasn’t great. I couldn’t get anything right.

I’ve just called in sick.

I can’t face another shift, as much as it’s distracting. I just can’t do it. I just don’t have it in me.

I’ve done all my housework @Snowie @fluffylight @Jynx Including changing the sheets and doona cover. I’ve had a shower and washed my hair.

It hasn’t made me feel any better but at least it’s done. Im still in a really dark place

I was hoping that being productive would lift me a little and make up for calling in sick.

I also spent sometime in the sun. It was a nice day it got to 30 degrees.

Things ticked and dusted! And some time in the sun! Sounds like you've done some caring for yourself.

I am holding lots of space for you, being in a dark place is hard 💛 Acknowledging that things aren't feeling better right now.

I have a massive headache so feeling even more sorry for myself.

Oh no! how do you usually navigate through headaches? They are no fun. I am usually prone to them by the heat and sun.

I haven't been up to much, looking forward to dinner some rice and curry 🙂

Im just watching the block. @fluffylight.

I get the occasional headache. But it usually mean my neck is out. I had a chiropractor appointment yesterday and I think he has done something. I’ve just taken some OTC meds.

Curry and rice sounds nice
