I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

As for self-sabotage, haven't we all done that? I know I have.

The main thing is not to be bogged down by the 'failures'. It's about moving on and seeing progression in some shape or form.

There have been many times I self-sabotaged. Yes, I'm not proud of those things, yet I'm here today.

Focus on the things you can do to better yourself.

I’m not even sure what I can do @tyme.

I wasnt even completely honest with her today so it could have been much worse.

She doesn’t know how bad things really are. She has no idea of what I just started taking to do but stopped. I guess that was self-sabotage.

All I can do I guess is try to face each day as it comes. I need to stop blaming myself and stop knowing that I deserve it.
