I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Ohhh @tyme I did have a big cry after the hospital visit after seeing mum

My Mr shaz was very supportive but I know it was affecting him for the afternoon and I was worried about him and I tried to be stronger

Glad you are feeling better @tyme .

@Shaz51 life sounds a little difficult right now. Glad you could pamper yourself and your mum. I maybe out of line and feel free to tell me so but I don’t see it as moving in I see it as your new normal. It will take time to adjust to a new normal but it is ok to do so.

You have made me reflect on my bad mood differently! Mine is just petty.

@tyme I just read last nights reply. It’s interesting that you still have the thoughts and urges. Last night was the first time and I knew I wouldn’t act on them. You are helping me make sense of some of this disaster. I can’t tell you enough how much the support on here is helping me.

I did try telling myself, today, that I am strong and I am resilient but I couldn’t convince myself.
