I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I feel like circadian rhythms plays a big role in many people’s MH. Once you achieve some stability, you want to do what you can to make it last

I’ve had a shower and I’ve gotten myself here but I'm sitting in the car park struggling to get out of the car.

Im hot, I’m sweating, I’m shaking, I’m struggling to breath, my thoughts are racing. My head is spinning.

I can’t cope with the 2 of them at once. They are going to gang up on me. How am I suppose to do it. I know that I have failed them both. Im still skipping a lot of meals. The numbers are still going down. They aren’t going to be happy. But I just can’t stop.
