I can’t cope

I want to go and mow my lawn but the creepy guy across the road is outside. I can’t even do the back lawn because I have to get the lawn mower out of the garage.

He has already told me he watches me when I do it. That’s bad enough. But if I go out there he will come over and that freaks me out even more. Plus I’m not in the right place for a conversation let alone an inappropriate one.

I shouldn’t have to feel like this in my own home.

Oh no @Captain24 that must be awful for you to have a creepy neighbour like that. You really do need to feel safe in your own home.

His car left so I rushed out to do it. He came back while I was still out there so I just grabbed my phone out of my pocket and pretended that I was talking. @Eve7. Im so hot now after mowing in my tracksuit but now I can put shorts and a singlet on to do the back.

It’s nice to get into bed with fresh sheets @Eve7. A quiet day sounds nice. I hope you got some spring cleaning done. I was going to do some cleaning but after doing the lawns I’m exhausted.

Yeah it’s all done in peace @Snowie. I went and saw my nans buns and for Father’s Day. Now I have to go to my parents for dinner. But with all that’s going on with dad it makes me realise how important it is to celebrate.

Im home now which is good. I went to see nans husband with mum and dad so I didn’t have to talk much!

I spent most of the day in the sunshine today. Took advantage of it even though hay fever took the advantage of me!

You know what? As hard as it is to 'fake it' sometimes, it does end up being a good distraction. Do you think so? I'm not saying ALL the time as it can be very exhausting, but sometimes, I think it has it's place.

How's your dad now anyway?
