I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Yeah @Captain24 this place is all about community coming together to lift each other up. Everyone has their own struggles, but they still come here to be there for others. I've seen you yourself jumping on and providing support to others countless times, even when you're having a rough time. How do you feel when you do that? Cos that's how others probably feel when they gather round you to be there for you even when they have their own stuff going on.

Yep, what @Jynx said @Captain24 we are all here with our own struggles but support each other nonetheless, that’s what the forum’s community is here for.

I just don’t want to burden you all with my negativity. I am so over myself so I think you guys would be too.

I know I need in-depth help but I won’t go inpatient due to everything else going on. So I feel as though it’s my own fault.

It’s not your fault @Captain24 we all know that going inpatient is difficult, there are a lot of things to weigh up and often it means that we need to rely on others to help support us through that.
But sometimes its what we really need to be able to move forward, we get so stuck where we are and a reset and some additional support can be really helpful.

I haven’t ruled it out completely @Bow. I do think it would be helpful. I just need it to be the right time with everything else going on. I don’t want to add any more pressure on my olds. I want to be able to focus on me and not be worrying.

Hey all.

Im going to head to bed.

I have to go to work in the morning and I’m not really sure that I’m in the right headspace for it. My CM is also concerned about me working. So I think a really good sleep is needed before I attempt it.
