I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 hoping you go to your psych and you can get some things out. Acknowledging that it is really hard to do.

I went @hanami @Snowie. I was late but I made it.

I was honest. She listened. Her biggest concern right now is keeping me here and my eating and weighing issues. She is contacting my GP with her concerns.

I feel even worse right now. I’m so scared at to where my thoughts are taking me.

Im in real trouble.

At least you went @Captain24 That is a huge accomplishment within itself.

Hopefully between your psych and gp there is a way forward.

Hopefully @Snowie. I see my psych in 2 weeks and then see my GP and dietitian the day after. I guess I just have to focus on work between now and then. I do see my CM on Friday. I also have emailed to see if I can get in today. But I don’t expect too. I’m not sure she will help anyway.

It sounds like you are being productive @Captain24 Even if your CM doesn't get back to you, just the fact that you are reaching out for help is a big deal.

My day has been ok. Just getting some things done around the house that was needed.

She has just gotten back to me @Snowie. I see her at 3. Hopefully I can get some relief.
