I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I went back to bed and have just gotten up to try again. Only because Pix needs to be fed.

My thoughts are even worse.

Yes @outlander. I need the day to end really fast. At this stage I can’t see it ending very well.

Im getting scared.

It’s really really bad @hanami.

I have emailed my CM. But I doubt I’ll hear back from her.

My anxiety is through the roof so I can’t ring.

Is SANE chat up?

Hey @Captain24 I'm so sorry today is just so horrible for you. And so disappointing to not get the support you wanted from your CM. Could you email again and let her know that you might be in need of something a bit more than what you got?

Mm that is tough @Captain24. I think you can go about it a couple of ways - first is to let them know how you feel about the ways they respond to you. Everyone gets stuff wrong at times, and if your team don't know that you're not feeling supported, they can't change the way they support you to better suit your needs.

The other way would be to seek out other people to support you, someone who will provide you with the types of responses, insights, and suggestions you would actually find helpful.

As for right now @Captain24, could you call up SANE or another MH support line to talk it through with someone?
