I can’t cope

Oh, Sydney? For a break? Or for medical?

My last two days were pretty quiet. I sort of get lost not being on the forums. I spend a lot more time with the kids - we read a few books.

My niece had over 100 books on her bed yesterday. I got really annoyed with her because she reads and never puts the books back and the books get ruined. I'm glad she reads a lot. Yet at the same time, it's an excuse for not doing anything else!

How old are your nieces/nephews? I remember you saying they are much older than mine. I remember the cake you made for your niece. Very cute.

It's going to be my 2yo niece's bday soon... I don't know what to do for her.

@Captain24 aww glad they get along. Would be so much more stress for you if they were fighting. Yikes, 4:30am is a rough time to have to administer meds to a doggo! Hope you're able to get back to sleep after!

I'm off at 9pm, so maybe I'll pop on some heavy, thumping tunes and have a lil boogie in my loungeroom after 😊

Nah @tyme it’s medical. He is having a PET scan. It’s the most thorough scan to see if his cancer is worse than the last scans have shown.

That would be so frustrating with books. All mine are in the top of a wardrobe in one of the spare rooms. All packed nearly and safe. It’s so good that she reads a lot though.

Yeah 4:30 is ridiculous @Jynx. I hope I get back to sleep until 7 when she has her next lot and then has to go for a walk. I guess it gets me moving. I don’t do much exercise.

Dancing around sounds like fun. I have done that before but Pixie runs away and hides under my bed! It is quite funny.

Aww poor Pix! @Captain24 My kitty Trixie has gotten used to it, she just stares at me like, "What on earth are you doing? Such nonsense" 🤣

Definitely @Jynx. We owe them a lot! Pix sleeps on my bed and some how manages to lay in the middle spread out and not leave me much room. She is only a chihuahua!

Haha my kitty cats are the same @Captain24! And if I need to shift because a limb is going numb, they look at me like I've committed a cardinal sin! 😂

Yep! Except Pix growls at me and gets snappy! She would never bite me but loves to warn me. I totally get the ‘let sleeping dogs lie’ @Jynx
