I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

You're right, getting there is hard but afterwards I feel much better. Hopefully the walk for you is the same 🙂

She is a bit cute but very high maintenance! She has end stage heart failure and is a fussy eater. @amber22

We just went for a walk. It was so hard I really didn’t have the energy but at least both dogs are happy.

Any idea of what movie? Or just whatever you find?

Good job on taking the dogs for a walk, they would have really enjoyed that.

Mums dog doesn’t go to bed until she has medication at 10:30 so I’ll have a look through Netflix tonight too @amber22

My day has been pretty hard @Jynx but that’s ok. I’m starting to be use to it. I have been for a walk though even with no energy. Plus I’m looking after mums dog too.

Did you get up to much today?

They are in Sydney. Dad has his last scan in the morning. We find out the results next Thursday. Fingers crossed it doesn’t show anything new.

They seem to be coping ok at the moment.

@Captain24 I'm sorry your day has been hard. Kudos for going for a walk though! Good to get out and soak up some sun (if it was out for you today). I almost went for a walk but didn't quite strike up the motivation. Will have to do some movement after work methinks.

You and your mum's dog get along well? How's it with the extra responsibility?

It is a beautiful sunny day today @Jynx. It was actually nice to be in the sun. I had to walk as mums dog walks twice a day. We do get along well. Pixie loves her but is not reciprocated! Lol. Both behave themselves when together.

The responsibility is stressful but at least it’s keeping me distracted a bit. I’m not looking forward to the med she has to take at 4:30 in the morning.

I hope you get some movement in. What time do you finish?
