I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I don’t know which post you read but everything is dark. I think I’m getting myself into some trouble but I don’t want to stop at the same time. I have become obsessed.

Today is hard. I have managed to vacuum and wash the floor but it used all the energy I had. I now feel so weak and tired. I just want to go to bed and forget that I exist in this pitiful life.

Do you have anything plan for when you finish?

Im dog sitting so I have to take 2 dogs for a walk in an hr. At least it’s a nice day. With no energy. Then meds for mums dog at 4:30.

Thank you, I think I'm just gonna chill out tonight and maybe watch a movie. I should try head to pilates tonight because it always makes me feel better.

A movie sounds great. @amber22. It’s good that Pilates helps you. Sometimes it’s difficult to get ready and go.
