I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It sounds so hard right now. I hear that you so desperately want things to change. Do you think medication has anything to do with it?

I wish I could take the pain away from you. I hear that life seems empty and void. It is a mere existence rather than living.

I want you to be able to live. I want you to have purpose in life. I have faith and believe it will happen. Do you?

On top of everything going on and how my thoughts and urges are. I have now developed another problem.

Content/trigger warning

I get on the scales every morning and weigh myself. If the number hasn’t gone down then I’m harder on myself. But now it’s getting worse. I’m obsessed with them. I just got home from work and it was the first thing I did. What the numbers say defines whether I can eat or not. It’s starting to control my life.
