Something’s not right

I can’t cope

I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Gosssssh!!!! Pixie is soooo cute 🙊 Happy 4th birthday to this adorable animal that keeps you going. @Captain24

Sorry to hear about things with your CM. I know how it feels to not have a comfortable relationship with CM. It is important that you are heard and feel comfortable with them.

Sending lots of love and giving lots of space to your anxious feelings, whatever it looks like tomorrow.

Not at all! I was sharing that to share the mutuality in the struggle with our bodies, but I hope we can give it the love it deserves 💛 Thank you for your kind words.

I'm glad the resources were of use to you 🙂 Learning about how we treat our bodies and the thoughts associated with it was an interesting time for me when I was previously linked with butterfly foundation.

Forums are the best 😋

I don't have pets.. but I do take care of kids that are my siblings.. its a big job.

Re: I can’t cope

She is a little bit cute @fluffylight. Except when she is licking my face at 3 in the morning to go out to the toilet! 😜

My CM doesn’t really seem to listen all the time. But I do think that it’s me withholding. She is only here on contract for 3 months. So I don’t know what happens to me after that.

I do appreciate you sharing your thoughts. I makes me feel less alone. I didn’t contact them. I will wait and see what happens with my dietitian in a few weeks. I’m a bit concerned how bad things are.

How many siblings do you have and how old are they? Only if you are comfortable in sharing. Feel free to tell me to pull my head in

Re: I can’t cope

She is a little too cuteee 🙊 @Captain24

Hope you can find the right match for you or things get better with current CM and they give you space to feel heard. It really is like shopping for the right fit.

Yes you are not alone in this 💛 I know that things are feeling hard. Feel free to always share about your concerns, its a step in taking care for yourself.. I feel 🙂

I have two siblings: sister 15y & brother 12y @Captain24 @Shaz51

I take a carer role for them because mum also has her own mental health needs.

Thank you for asking 😊

Re: I can’t cope

Please be careful @Captain24 once this horrible thing gets its grip it’s really hard to get free from it. You mentioned that once you’ve lost a certain amount everything will be ok. But EDs are sneaky and they often just keep moving the goal post. Believe me I know.
