I can’t cope

When you are with community health especially in the country there is no shopping for a different CM. @fluffylight. We are lucky to even have a mental health department within Comm Health.

The town I live in has about 10 000 people and that includes the villages around. I’m in central NSW. Where roughly do you live?

Sorry to hear about your mum. That must be hard. I hope she has a great team behind her. Plus your siblings are getting to that difficult age!!!

I’m trying to be careful @Bow. When the dietitian said I needed an assessment the first person I thought of was you. It is concerning. But I haven’t really been honest for a while. I think it’s more disordered eating and body image. I hope it is anyway.

I have a blood tests to do tomorrow @Captain24 , @fluffylight for my check ups 🙃 thinking that my numbers will all be too high but the the doctor appointment next week to find out

Thank you for clarifying that with me.. I had CM's through youth based services where I think once I was able to shop around to find someone that understands my needs at the time.

my gp did it with me and then sent the result to the ED psychiatrist I seen who officially diagnosed me.

It is still ongoing @fluffylight , even though mum is now in the aged care part of our local hospital

And my specialist has put me on the DSP pension and still be self employed but had to cut back alot because of my physical problems and my husband mental illness

Yeah country life can be hard with supports @fluffylight. I was born out here so it’s home plus I have a really good job. 2 years ago I built my first home out here.
