I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

At the same time, I can relate to what you mean by physical pain giving you relief from your mental pain.... I've experienced this.

My break was nice. It was good to get away. Unfortunately with the kids back at school tomorrow we had to come home 😔 and to the mountains of washing I have to do!

I did some washing when I was away @Captain24 so less to do when I got home. But it was still alot.

Gave Izzy a bath last night too, so that was more towels!!

How are you going? Are you working tonight?

No we couldn't take Izzy with us so she went to a kennel that we use when we go away. Hence the need for a bath @Captain24

I'm sorry you are doing badly hon. I am here if you need a chat. You are not bringing me down at all. I know how hard it can be when we are in that place. Sometimes just having someone with us can help. Here if you need to sit or chat.

It’s that bad that I have scripts to pick up but I’m worried about having them here.
