I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Work was ok. I got shuffled around on different trucks.

Im still really not ok. It’s really dark and a massive struggle.

It’s really rough right now @Jynx.

Im just having breakfast to go to work for the night.

Im in a whole world of pain. I feel broken. But I just have to deal with it and spend the night watching the dark outside and feeling it inside

@Captain24 Aye that would be difficult, to have to push through it all to go to work even though your mind may be screaming at you not to, but also knowing that staying home could potentially be even worse.

What's it like when you're actually at work? Do you get lost in having to focus on what you're doing? Just wondering if it will perhaps give your mind a little break.
