I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Oh that’s just beautiful @tyme. It must feel amazing to have people love you that way. You a so lucky. They sound adorable.

I have learnt that there is nothing for me. While it’s really dark, I’m really low, I’m angry but I’m at ease with my decision. I don’t know if that makes sense

@Captain24 im concerned about you. you seem to have a plan in place and im worried about that and your safety. do you think you can get someone to be with you or check yourself into emergency to keep yourself safe?

Don’t worry about me. I’m not. I’m safe tonight. I can’t get to the chemist until tomorrow.

you still have a plan in place whether that be tonight, tomorrow or any other day @Captain24 that is warnings signs that things arent going well.
its good to know your safe tonight but how about how to keep yourself safe the rest of the time too.

work has been hard. im worn out and ready to take a couple of days off but i still have another 3 days to work in a roe yet
