I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

With the rain it’s dropped the temperature too so now it’s really cold @amber22 @Shaz51. I need it to rain a bit heavier so I can hear it on the tin roof. The double insulation makes it harder to hear.

It’s raining heavier now and I can hear it slightly. I love the sound it makes the rain feel a little more comforting

I have made an appointment to see my CM tomorrow morning. She is also trying to get me into the psychiatrist. Hopefully that will help. At least I have some support for tomorrow and hopefully stop me from falling too far.

Does your CM work in a team with psychiatrists?

When I was in area MH, I had a whole team from all different disciplines. It worked very well. I didn't have to repeat myself a million times.

Ive lost my buzz and have dropped really quickly. I’ve made the CM appointment for support and hoping to stop me from getting to a severe level.

The MH team at the hospital have a psychiatrist that visits once a week. So it’s hard to get in. I don’t make the app they do. The Pdoc has my file with everything in it and my CM comes to apps as well. Even though she can see my file she still makes me tell her everything.

The only thing is that there isn’t a psychologist on the team here.
