When I finished work at 7am yesterday morning I was overtired and just laughed uncontrollably for the whole drive home. It felt so good!

At the moment I’m feeling quite good. It has varied through the day though. From being down to energised and back again. It’s been exhausting.

Im glad your sleep has improved. How was Vivid?

Yummm mars bar slice is the best - I made some for my family at easter time and put mini easter eggs on it (Mr Shaz would have loved it!) @Shaz51

Haha I love getting in those moods where I am a bit delirious and everything is so funny. Sometimes they are a nice way to spend a couple hours.

I know that can be very exhausting, I guess for the moment just seek comfort in the fact that you're feeling good, and try focus on the now and things that might help you to recharge yourself.

My sleep is so much better, my partner sleep talks though so he likes to keep me awake even when my anxiety doesn't (it is quite funny though). Vivid was great! Cold but great. I went to see an artist called Budjerah perform at the opera house and then had a look around vivid after. My feet were sooooo sore when I got home

My mum is back taking her meds again , she was refusing to take them for 8 days until she had a terrible night

MIL is going to the doctor tomorrow and she had a brain scan on Monday

We have the day off tomorrow so we are going to go clean her house for her xx

Also we are Mowing our son's block tomorrow too which is an hour away

So should be back home by mid afternoon

Sleep talking! We took some dance students to a summer school in Melbourne. Two of them sleep talked. So as I was trying to sleep they were asleep but talking to each other! I didn’t get much sleep!

Im so glad vivid was good. Never heard of that artist though! Lol.

Love mars bars @Shaz51. My pop and I had a mars bar thing. I even put one on his coffin as it went down. I always have one on his birthday and the anniversary of his death
