I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Hahaha sleep talkers are so funny - I quite enjoy it sometimes because he makes me laugh, but definitely not when I've got to be up early the next day...

I used to sleep talk when I was excited about something happening the next day @amber22

Will certainly try tomorrow, have a birthday 🎂 this weekend and have to decide what I want to do

Take away or dining out

But I am thinking take aways and relaxing on our patio sounds nice

I’m so glad I live alone @amber22. but in saying that it’s nothing for Pixie to wake me up at 3 in the morning to go to the toilet!

She is going really well @amber22. She is really hating the cold though. Trying to get her to go out before bed is really hard. It’s that cold that the frost is already falling and it’s not 9 yet.

I watched a really good show on Netflix today. It was about a figure skater that has bipolar and so does her mum. It was really good.

She has one @amber22 for when we walk some mornings and for walking during the worst part of winter in the afternoons. She hates it and bites me when I put it on her!

It was called spinning out. It was so good. There was only one series though.
