I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I’ve not long got off a call with the GS counsellor and told her everything that happened @amber22. It’s the first time I’ve said it out loud. She wants me to tell my CM tomorrow and is even calling in the afternoon to follow up that I do. I’m scared to though.

I don’t work again until Sunday. So no early mornings for a few days!

I’m glad you are doing great. How is your sleeping going?

I'm so glad you've been chatting with the GS counsellor! I think it might be a good idea to let your CM know about what's been going on, but you can do so in any way that feels comfortable for you. Maybe try start speaking about it a little bit and see how you feel, I am sure she will be really receptive and just want you to be honest @Captain24 One step at a time

Worked this morning and then our customer gave us a meal to take home with us for tonight's dinner 😃

Then I went to visit mum

And my MIL is not well at the moment
