I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It went ok @Snowie. I did have an arsehole for a digger operator for part of the shift. That rocked my confidence and my mood. It physically hurt the way he was throwing the dirt in. My back and neck are sore today.

It was hard to get to sleep thinking of what happened. So I didn’t sleep well and I’m anxious to go in tonight.

I hope things are improving for you.

I had a fantastic appointment with my dietitian today. She helped me with my abysmal MH. She had tips for motivation and told me it’s ok that some days you just need to be in bed and not eat if that’s what needs to be done to get through the day. She was so understanding of the bad place Ive been in

I’m not really sure what is going on. I feel restless and fidgety. It’s like a I’m bordering on an episode but I still feel really low at the same time.
