I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@tyme, Mary Poppins sounds good.

@Captain24, don't give up hope, I know Bipolar is stubborn, but it often takes a while to find what work. Many people do get better with treatment

Yes, I believe you are going through the typical recovery process @Captain24 . It isn't because something is 'WRONG' with you are that you are not 'help-able'

I’ll have to put my trust in you @tyme.

Im hurting so badly. I’ve just done something. Im so scared of where my mind is taking me.

I’m in some serious trouble. I don’t want to be alone. I think the only thing to do is try and go to bed.

I really don’t mean to make life difficult.
