I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I am ok tonight. Just been trying to stay busy so my mind doesn't wander into those dark places.

@Snowie, tough days take a lot out of you. Strong emotions can be unpredictable. I think I’m too burnt out to really hurt as much anymore. I will be going to bed early tonight.

Tough days are hard to deal with. I find they make you really tired too.

Not up to a lot tonight, just watching some tv and having cuddles with the dog. Have to pick up Son from work later on tonight. In the meantime, trying not to fall asleep on the couch!

Thats a good idea @creative_writer I hope it helps you to relax. I hope you can get a good nights sleep too tonight.

I am always burning a scented candle of some kind in my room. Just have to remember to blow it out before I go to sleep!

I’m sitting in the car contemplating my

life and it’s meaning. I’ve got nothing. I have no life and I have no meaning. I am not valued and I’m not wanted nor am I needed.I don’t see much for the future. It’s not worth it and neither am I.
