I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Thanks @Snowie. Thanks for your daily checkins I really appreciate them.

I fell asleep driving last night. But the seat vibrates and woke me up. I’ve slept most of today.

I’m not going in tonight as I have a psych appointment at 5 and usually I don’t feel so good afterwards.

How has your day been. I hope you are ok?

I'm glad you got through your work shift hon. That sounds scary falling asleep.

I hope the psych appointment goes ok and is at least beneficial. I always feel so exhausted after my session too.

My day has been ok. Just been trying to stay busy and distracted.
