I think I’ll just watch some tv for the afternoon. Then I’ve got my call at 5. I might get takeaway for dinner. Then I think an early night is needed.

I'm just working tomorrow and then my boyfriend and I are going to visit VIVID at night (it's a light show here in Sydney). What about you?

VIVID sounds awesome. I would love to see it one day. But we are 4 hrs away.

Our town put on its own really little version not long ago and it was amazing. We have really old heritage buildings and they did the post office with changing images. Plus lit up 3 other buildings and put fairy lights in the trees that line the streets. The local council did a really good job.

I just got off the phone and she suggested a walk with Pixie. I have no motivation to go but I will force myself. Pix will love it.

I think the council is going to make it an annual event @amber22. They have left the lights in the trees and have lit the trees lining the other street as well.

It was a good walk. I tried the grounding I learnt today. I took in the mountains, the sound of the cows and the smell of the horses.

I feel a little more comfortable sitting with the separation of my sadness and depression.
