I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 if I didn't have to take my kids to school I think I would spend all day in my pj's hiding in bed. I guess it forces me to get up and get dressed. That is probably a good thing.

I’ve really only done half achievements. @tyme I did 2 loads of washing and hung them on the line. But they are still there. I also packed the dishwasher but didn’t turn it on. So basically I failed.

I did babysit mums dog though while they went to another town for dads specialist appointment.

I wash the clothes which are still on the line

And washed the dishes which are still in the strainer @tyme

Only half your achievements! 2 loads of washing plus puppy-sitting are pretty huge achievements to celebrate @Captain24 - well done!

I needed clean clothes for my pdoc appt tomorrow but I haven’t showered so that is my morning task @Captain24
