I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I hope your psych appt. goes well tomorrow and with your counsellor.

@tyme atm showering is just a chore to me. Another thing I don't do enough.

However @Snowie , focus on what you DID do, and celebrate that as a win.... otherwise, we will always fail because we all have more things we could do.

It’s only my second appointment and I’m not sure what I want from the session and what I need from it are the same @tyme. I don’t know what to discuss. My head is all over the place.

I love that you have discovered your hair @Bow! lol. Mines just a mess of frizz when it drys naturally.

Showering can be a chore @Snowie. I just get out of bed and put on what’s on the floor next to my bed. Then take it off and get back into bed. I will shower before my appointment tomorrow though. I probably will go with dirty hair though.

I’ve had a win today @Captain24 managing not to hurt myself even though the voices are loud.

Well done @tyme ! I also went for a walk and did a load of washing so hopefully I can start my pdoc appointment with positives tomorrow.
