I can’t cope

I’ve just had a shower and it didn’t work.

Im starting to get scared. I need the distress to stop.

I need to just calm down. I am so tired and exhausted I’ve just had enough

@Captain24 can you call a helpline or jump onto chat with either SCBS or Lifeline?

I find talking it out with someone sometimes helps.

Im not as agitated but I’m still really distressed. I’m still not ok at all.

I feel so broken. I can’t do this anymore.

My appointment isn’t until 5pm. So at least I’ve got the day to prepare for it.

Things are messy here. Still feel the same and struggling to see a way forward. Losing hope in the whole system.

It is very wet, cold and miserable here today so will certainly be an inside day.

I’m sorry @Snowie. I hear how hard it is for you. The system is hard to navigate.
Everyone keeps telling me it’s not always going to be like this for us. There are better days ahead. I wish for you that that is soon.

I’ve done the ironing from being away. Put a silverside in the slow cooker for dinner. I have to bath pixie and cook up some more meals for work.

I missed a call from CH so I’m waiting for her to ring back. But I don’t know her. I’m feeling a little unwanted right now. I can’t get in contact with my CM, so I contacted another of the nurses I know and she passed me off to some random. Maybe I’m just not worth the time.

I think sometimes we have to remind ourselves what we are fighting for. Sometimes that is hard to do but it can be done.

I hope CH get back to you hon. You deserve that support even if it isn't your normal CM.

I love silverside, especially when done in the slow cooker. We normal have it with vegies and potato mash. What do you have it with?

I find spending 1 or 2 days just cooking for the week sometimes easier. That way you have it there when you need it.
