Something’s not right

I can’t cope

I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@tyme, copying and pasting doesn't require too much brain power, don't think I could listen to loud music, I'm listening to something more soothing. References are a tedious process, maybe I shouldn't have left references for last and did them as I went along, I am having lots of fun looking for all of them all over my computer

Makes sense @creative_writer - references are sooo tedious. Takes a lot of time.

I'm snaking on cereal at the moment - mini churros cereal....

Heya!!

Cereal sounds interesting @tyme. I had Chinese.

References are horrible @creative_writer I wish you luck!

I’ve come home and put PJ’s on @Bow @Snowie. You’re right, they are pretty comfy!

Re: I can’t cope

PJ's are the best! Did Pix get you an oodie for mother's day? @Captain24

Re: I can’t cope

I don’t usually wear them @tyme. But I figured if I end up in hospital I’d need some. Lol.

Pixie just got me a cheap oodie from Kmart. I have a question about the actual ones. Do they have wool in them? Or is it acrylic?

In response to: Re: I can’t cope

Re: I can’t cope

Oodies are made of sherpa wool/fleece. It's super wam and cosy on the inside. The outside is not sherpa though @Captain24

Re: I can’t cope

Hmmm ok @tyme. Pixie won’t be getting me one for my birthday. I’ll have to stick to the cheap ones. I’m allergic to wool! I’m glad I checked first.

How’s your little fam next door going?

Re: I can’t cope

Awwwww @Captain24 . What a shame.

As for next door, the eldest as been a ratbag. She's so demanding, answers back and is just going through such a difficult stage. I don't know what will become of her. She's emotional and dissatisfied with everything. It's such a worry.

For example, I give her something, and she loves it for 2 mins, then pretty much says, "I'm bored"...

While the boy, even if you give him a piece of paper, he's grateful and can play for hours with a pice of paper.

I somewhat think the older one may have ADD... she can't stick to a task if her life depended on it... except for reading... she reads for hours.

Re: I can’t cope

Good luck with her @tyme!! Is it just the age? Or does she need to be checked? I’m glad I don’t have kids around because now I’d be worried about them all the time and they would all have therapists! Lol.

I do think boys are much easier than girls at a young age. But I’m saying that my best friend’s son is quite a handful and he is 8. I pity her for the teenage years! He’s going to be wild.

Re: I can’t cope

@tyme, I hope you enjoyed your cereal! Kids do tend to have their own distinct personalities and have their own different and interesting developmental stages in their life. Reading is still a good hobby for kids to pick up

@Captain24, I think I'm going to call it a night and will deal with references and proofreading tom, my brain has turned into mush. I also already took my meds, they make me so drowsy, my brain is trying to adapt to the new dose, it's not fun waking up groggy, but things do improve once I do get up. Chinese sounds good and PJs sound cozy. I wear loungewear all the time at home, I just can't be bothered
